Annual Meeting of Members

Edgecombe-Martin County EMC holds it's Annual Meeting of Members on the third Saturday in March every year.This year's annual meeting of members will be held on Satuarday, March 16, 2013. Attending members can enjoy live entertainment by Milton Bullock, a former member of the legendary group "The Platters" and "Carolina Grass" bluegrass band. Abram's Barbecue will cater a delicous lunch for member's and their immediate family. Registered members will also be eligible to win electric bill credits that will be drawn at the end of the meeting. Children will be treated to various amusements and activities during the business session of the annual meeting from 12noon - 1p.m.

The Annual meeting of members is required for the purpose of electing directors, hearing and passing upon reports covering the previous fiscal year, and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting. Registration begins at 10 a.m.
