Annual Meeting of Members

Edgecombe-Martin County EMC holds it's Annual Meeting of Members on the third Saturday in March of every year. Attending members can enjoy live entertainment, food and a chance to win some great prizes. Children are treated to various rides and amusements during the business session of the annual meeting from 12noon - 1p.m. The Annual meeting of members is required for the purpose of electing directors, hearing and passing upon reports covering the previous fiscal year, and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting. Registration begins at 10 a.m. This year's annual meeting of members will be held on Satuarday, March 20, 2010.
