We all need a little extra breathing room sometimes. That’s why we’re offering to extend your due date by up to 10 days, two times in a 12 month period. Request this assistance through our SmartHub app, call us at 252-823-2171, or shoot us an email at memberservices@ememc.com. Just a heads up, though: it’s not a permanent shift; your due date will bounce back to its original spot on your next bill.
Bill Assistance:
There are programs like LIEAP and CIP funds provided by social services for those who qualify. Check in with your local office to see if you’re eligible. Other community-based assistance programs, including those run by churches and organizations, are also available. Give us a ring, and we’ll hook you up with all the details.
