Bylaws are an important document adopted by the members of the cooperative that lays out how the cooperative is to be governed. They are the written provisions and directions that the cooperative follows in governing its operations.
The Service Rules & Regulations are intended to establish fair and equitable policies and procedures to enable the cooperative to provide safe, efficient and uniform service to all members.
